Junior Jackson Koivun announces that he is forgoing his senior season at Auburn to turn pro and play on the PGA Tour.
Koivun’s Auburn career included two national championships, three SEC individual titles, and 11 career tournament wins. He was the first player to win all three national player of the year awards twice (Haskins, Hogan, Nicklaus awards – 2024, 2026), while becoming the first to sweep all four major awards (Mickelson Award). Koivun was a three time SEC Player of the Year (2024, 2025, 2026) and SEC Freshman of the Year (2024).
